Overview:
The dishwasher performance test laboratory is composed of thermal insulation library and attached air reprocessing unit, constant temperature and constant pressure water supply system, electrical parameter acquisition system and related measurement and control system, which can provide stable temperature and humidity environment conditions and utilization of the dishwasher under test, so that the dishwasher under test can run under stable environmental conditions for a long time, and test the dishwasher's energy consumption and other performance under relevant standards.

Feature:
1.The constant temperature and pressure water supply system supports water hardness regulation, temperature regulation and pressure regulation. The water hardness adjustment function can manually add chemical agents to adjust the ratio according to user requirements, and refer to the water hardness adjustment standard. The temperature adjustment function and water pressure adjustment function are controlled by PLC to achieve automatic pressure and temperature control and ensure constant temperature and pressure of output water supply
2.The current, voltage and power of the test process are collected by the power meter,Electric energy is calculated through the program to calculate the cumulative power consumption of a single workstation.
3.The system integrates power consumption, water consumption, time, temperature, humidity, power, voltage, current, frequency, water temperature, water pressure, and other parameters, and supports curve display and data storage, query, report generation and other functions.
4.The test data is connected to various instruments or sensors through PLC and communicates in real time on the PC software. The software supports data export and data saving, and configures a program database to search data by test model or time.
