Introduction of motor test bench:
The high-speed and high-power motor test bench (test system) can be used in various high-speed motor applications such as new energy vehicle drive motors, high-speed air compressor motors, and high-speed magnetic levitation motors. The installation platform can be designed according to the motor to be tested, and the end flange installation structure or the base installation structure can be selected.
The motor test bench is mainly used to test the motor's input voltage, input current (AC/DC), input power, power factor (AC); output torque (rated torque, blocking torque, starting torque, maximum torque, etc.), output speed, output mechanical power; efficiency; temperature rise, vibration, noise and so on. It can carry out type tests and factory tests to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the motor and provide an accurate parameter basis for the R&D, production, maintenance, and field application of the motor. Motor comprehensive performance test bench can test all kinds of asynchronous motors, synchronous motors, permanent magnet motors, AC motors, DC motors, new energy motors, and so on.
