Test items:
1. Insulation resistance: Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the electrical system of the high and low temperature test chamber to ensure that it is not less than 2m (when measuring the compressor alone, it should be not less than 5m) to judge its electrical safety.
2. Starting performance: Under the condition of voltage of 380V, the machine is manually started and stopped three times. Each operation and shutdown lasts for 3 minutes. Check whether protection phenomenon occurs to evaluate its starting stability and reliability.
3. Residual air in the refrigeration system: By observing and touching the temperature of the upper and lower parts of the condenser, determine whether there is residual air in the refrigeration system to ensure good cooling effect.
4. Refrigerant charge: Determine whether the refrigerant charge is normal by observing the frosting of the evaporator, the heat of the condenser, the temperature of the low-pressure suction pipe, and the operating current and temperature of the compressor.
5. Door sealing performance: Clip a new banknote anywhere on the door seal and check whether the banknote can slide to evaluate the door sealing performance.
