Introduction of Helium Leak Testing Euipment:
The ceramic component leak detection equipment uses a touch screen and button switches for display and control. The workpiece is manually placed, and a total of 2 workstations are designed. Each workstation tests 4 products each time, and different specifications of products are tested by changing the leak detection fixture. During system leak detection, the workpiece to be inspected is manually placed on the leak detection fixture, which is connected to the leak detector through the leak detection switching valve. After the workpiece is positioned, the cylinder descends and pushes the helium nozzle to compress the workpiece. Then start the auxiliary pump and start vacuuming the interior of the workpiece. Then the leak detector continues to evacuate and clear the background. When the leak detector reaches the background value, the equipment sprays helium gas. The leak detector makes a leakage rate judgment based on the penetration of helium gas.
Detection process of Helium Leak Testing Euipment:
1. Scan code
2. Place the product on the fixture
3. Press the start button
4. The equipment automatically starts helium spraying for leak detection (automatic alarm for product leakage)
5. Leak detection completed
6. Remove the product and place it in the product to be leak tested
7. Cycle work in sequence
