 Copper Spool Airtight Leak Test Equipment With 6 stations

Description
This equipment is used to test the sealing performance of copper spool. The work table has six operating stations, which fill high and low pressure gas into the valve core, and then determine whether the workpiece is leaking through the system. The test pressure (0.6Mpa,0.05Mpa) is controlled by different procedures.


Basic test flow
The test machine base has four air holes, one air hole D is A side air hole, and the other three air holes A/B/C layout is designed according to GD35 water distribution valve
A1-0GD35S0015 (three-function): Stoma D is the intake cavity, stoma A/B is the outlet cavity.
A2-08GD35S0014 (six functions): Stomata D is the intake chamber, stomata A/B/C is the outlet chamber;
B1-copper spool normal procedure: stoma A is the intake chamber, stoma D is the outlet chamber;
B2-copper spool special program: stoma D is the intake chamber, stoma A is the outlet chamber;
The four air holes are placed on the base plane of the product positioning base installed in the test unit, and the positions of the interfaces are unified. The side air holes D are derived from the product positioning base.
