This helium Leak testing equipment is suitable for the detection of the airtightness of the plate heat exchanger, which is helpful for many industrial applications such as petroleum industry, papermaking, power generation, textile, HVAC,metallurgy, organic chemistry and automobile.
Equipment Principle and Structure:
According to the basic leak detection principle of helium, with helium as the tracer gas, the system can detect the leakage through fills helium into the B cavity of the plate heat exchanger in the inner leakage detection cycle. And in the outer leak detection cycle, helium will be filled in A and B at the same time in order to detect the leakage of the cavity. With the helium leak detector, we can quickly and accurately determine the accuracy of the plate heat exchanger's leakage.
The system adopts duplex structure, places the workpiece in the inner leak testing station to process inner leak detection firstly, and then push the product to outer leak testing station through the transmission line to process detection. For the three-cavity workpiece, during the inner leak testing cycle, the system fill helium into A cavity for detecting the leakage between A- B and A - C. And during the outer leak detection cycle, the system can detect the leakage of the cavities. This system comes with helium recovery device, can save the cost of helium effective.
