Application of Battery Testing Equipment:
This equipment is a standard equipment developed for lithium battery PACK package sealing testing. The host equipment is equipped with a helium mass spectrometer sniffer for leak detection, evacuation and helium filling, and exhaust gas exhaust. Except for the helium bottle, they are all integrated into the host for easy movement. The helium detection sniffer gun should be equipped with a digital display screen to display the leakage rate in real time, and the leakage can be detected manually and the leakage point identified.

Automatic sniffing application with helium as tracer gas. With sniffing probe are used to check the leakage at specific points of the pack assembly.
The testing method with tracer gas guarantees the maximum sensitivity and the possibility to identify extremely low leaks, also for big volumes of the part and in any environmental condition.
