Mult-istation automatic flame brazing machines often use multi-nozzle flame or flame tunnel heating. The transitions of processes such as assembly positioning, preheating, delivery of brazing filler and flux, cooling, and disassembly are realized through the linear transmission of the workpiece or the rotation of the workbench. It can segmentally heat the workpiece. To ensure the uniform temperature in the joint area, the positions of the welding torches and the workpiece on each station should be reasonably configured. If necessary, the uniform heating of the brazed joint can be achieved by using the welding torch swing or workpiece rotation.
