Machine Advantages:

1. The machine type is in-line, includes 8 working stations with a cycle time of 8 seconds per test piece.
2. Grease mixing and leak testing for cartridge shall be automatically completed. OK and NOK parts can be distinguished. OK parts shall be marked automatically and unloaded for packing manually. NOK parts shall be unloaded and placed in the defective box. Mistakes of the operator are limited.
3. The machine operation shall be automatically controlled by PLC with high efficiency, high stability, and easy operation to improve testing quality and lower human cost.
4. A standard leak is applied to the machine as a calibration base certified by the Measurement Laboratory of the State.
5. A pressure stability device is built into the machine to ensure stable measurement.
6. A servo motor with torque control function is used to ensure maximum torque and positioning during the test.
7. There is a blowout channel in the machine to eliminate dirt from the valve.
8. There is an automatic marking function in the machine to ensure good parts are marked.
9. The leak testing method of evacuation combined with pressurization ensures the false measurement rate to be lower than 2%.
10. Machine specially designed ventilation pipelines would not be affected by grease mixture and foreign matter.

 

Testing Procedures:

The testing machine from HJ Automatic Control Technology Co. Ltd includes 8 test stations with the same procedure, operated by one operator.

1. Manually load & unload one test product each time (4sec).
2. Mix grease, press, turn, open & close the cartridge to ensure accurate measurements (10sec).
3. Switch test cartridge to mix grease fully and purge chambers for cleanliness.
4. Reserved test station for gas fill, pressurization, sampling, and ventilation (7sec).
5. Mark the OK part automatically and alarm NOK part (2sec).
