Working principle of equipment
The equipment adopts process automation technology, combines process equipment with electrical automatic control technology, and controls the entire workpiece detection process by PLC and touch screen. According to the basic leak detection principle of helium leak detection, helium is used as a tracer gas to fill helium into the workpiece, and the operator only needs to hold a suction gun to scan the workpiece.
The leak detector can quickly and accurately judge the leakage of the workpiece with high precision. If there is a leakage system, the operator needs to mark the leakage position.
The operator manually connects the pump filling helium connector and then presses the pump filling button, and the equipment automatically fills the workpiece with nitrogen to detect the leak, evacuate and fill helium.
