Working principle: The automotive air-conditioning compressor helium detection equipment works based on the vacuum box helium leak detection system. During the detection process, helium is first filled into the workpiece to be tested, and then the workpiece is placed in a vacuum box connected to the detection instrument. If there is a leak, helium will escape from the leak point and enter the vacuum box, and then be captured and analyzed by the detection instrument to determine the specific location and leakage rate of the leak.
Technical indicators: The vacuum box size of the equipment is 700mm long, 450mm wide, and 230mm high, which can accommodate 6 products for simultaneous detection. High-pressure helium is used as the leak detection medium, with a maximum pressure of 4Mpa to ensure detailed and
comprehensive detection. The alarm leak rate is set to less than 1.5 grams/year, which meets Japanese standards.
Equipment configuration: The vacuum box is integrated with sealed pipes and joints to ensure accurate transmission and effective detection of gas. Each vacuum box is equipped with 6 evacuation and filling pipes, and each can be controlled separately, ensuring the flexibility and reliability of the detection process.
Working process: The operator places the parts in the vacuum box and connects them through quick connectors. The closing of the box door is automatically closed and the detection cycle is started through the grating protector, ensuring the safety and convenience of operation. The linkage design of the detection cycle allows the operator to prepare one vacuum box while another is working, optimizing the workflow and improving the production cycle.
