The pressure-holding valve tester integrates electromechanical, hydraulic, pressure testing, and liquid medium storage and circulation. It has the characteristics of complete functions, stable performance, and high degree of automation. It is widely used for strength, sealing, leakage and other performance tests of various high, medium and low pressure valves with straight-through flanges and threaded connections with a nominal diameter of DNl 5-1000mm.
The whole process of the pressure-holding valve tester is hydraulically driven and electrically controlled, and there is no additional external force on the tested valve that affects the test results. It greatly improves work efficiency and reduces labor intensity. This equipment is widely used in valve manufacturing and petroleum, petrochemical, nuclear power, chemical industry, etc. It is an advanced and ideal valve test and inspection equipment and valve maintenance test equipment for units such as valve maintenance departments.
The clamping type valve tester adopts the clamping method of positioning the end face of the valve flange and clamping the back of the flange with the movable reverse claw. There is no additional external force on the tested valve that affects the test results, which meets the valve pressure test requirements specified by national standards.
The structure of this machine can be roughly divided into hydraulic system, electrical control system, movable clamps on the left and right workbenches, hydraulic pressure supply device and medium circulation system. The right workbench is equipped with a clamping mechanism and a 90-degree flip mechanism. The clamping mechanism consists of a clamping device and a radial moving device of the clamping jaw. The clamping device of the clamping jaw is directly driven by each oil cylinder to achieve uniform force on each jaw and reliable clamping. The radial moving device of the clamping jaw adopts a lever structure to achieve radial synchronous movement of each jaw. The left workbench can move forward and backward automatically. It has the characteristics of good performance, simple and compact structure, etc. The hydraulic and electrical control system (see the hydraulic and electrical schematic diagram for details) is installed in the bottom fixed frame. It is the control part of the test bench. Under the joint control with the electrical appliance, each mechanism can coordinate actions to meet the requirements of the test procedure.
