Since the two pairs of the wiring harness are connected with the hollow plastic wire, a mold tool is customized according to the condition of the car wiring harness, which can insert the two sides of the wiring harness into the mold, and a groove is specially made in order to better fix the connectors at both ends of the wire, so that the upper and lower parts of the mold can be better sealed when closed.

Put the two ends of the wire harness into the tooling mold and connect with our instrument. There is a valve island, gas storage tank and other components inside the instrument and the program we have set. After connecting, press the start key when detecting the wire. At this time, the upper and lower molds begin to close, and clean gas without impurities is filled into the interior of the car wiring harness. The instrument display will judge the sealing degree of the sight by the gas saturation inside the sight.

The phenomenon of gas leakage occurs, and the leakage value displayed in the instrument is also increasing, and the pressure value is decreasing. At this time, it can determine whether the car wire harness is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, meaning that the airtight test has not passed. If the test harness does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation, the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument are also stable, and the instrument test result shows OK, indicating that the air tightness test has passed.
