This equipment is suitable for the test of electrical electronics, automobiles, motorcycle parts, and seals to prevent sand dust from entering the seals and shells in large dust environments.To test the use, 
storage and transportation performance of electronic and electrical products, automobiles, motorcycle parts, and seals in the sand and dust environment.The purpose of the test was to determine the possible harmful effects of the particles carried by the air flow on the electrical products.


Test Purpose:

The test can be used to simulate open sand and dust air ambient conditions induced by natural or artificial disturbances such as vehicle motion.

Design Principle:
Design a conical funnel, the bottom of the dust collector, at the dust extraction mouth (right) install high pressure turbine circulation fan inlet, the dust to the inner box at the bottom of the box through the bottom to the left up, before the disposal box, blow into the dust dust from the left to the test box, dust horizontal dust to the right, so as to start to cycle.
 
Control Box and Test Box Are of the Overall Type:

The air diversion sheet is placed at the back of the entrance of the air flow channel leading to the front box, produce horizontal laminar air flow through the overall arrangement, arrange the blower device producing air flow after the test box, and draw air from the test box and send it to the front treatment box through the air flow channel;
The dust device is of external type and connected by air duct.
