Technical Features
1.The machine type is in-line, includes 8working stations with related definite marks.
2.Grease mixing and leak testing for cartridge shall be automatically completed. OK and NOK parts can be distinguished.
3.The machine operation shall be automatically controlled by PLC with high efficiency, high stability and easy operation so as to improve testing quality and lower human cost.
4.A servo motor with torque control function are used to ensure the Maximum torque and positioning during test. The position control mode is included with servo rotation. Quickly rotate using the position control mode under the condition of oil mixing. Originally judge if the rotation is in place, use to check out the cartridge not rotating in place because of heavy handling.
5.There is the special designed channel to vent oil mixture, which would be entirely vented and not flow to other channels.
6.The leak testing method of evacuation combined with pressurization.
