This product is a power battery helium detector, which mainly includes battery scanning code, loading, leakage detection, evacuation, helium filling, helium inspection, and other processes. Then the helium signal in the leak detection chamber is detected by the helium leak detector, which can judge the leakage of the workpiece quickly and accurately with high precision. The equipment can be compatible with different sizes, but the fixture needs to be replaced.

 

Test items


Power battery helium sealing testing equipment is mainly used to test the helium sealing performance of power battery modules, packaging and related components. Here are some possible tests:

Leak test: Use helium as the detection gas to detect leaks in the battery packaging by creating a pressure difference. Air leak testing can use different methods, such as negative pressure, positive pressure or differential pressure.

Quantitative gas leakage detection: Evaluate the helium sealing performance of battery packaging by measuring the gas leakage rate or amount.

Gas permeability test: Use helium gas to perform a permeability test on the battery package to detect possible micropores or permeability defects in the battery package.
